Marc Lewis was expelled from school repeatedly before winning a scholarship to study under advertising guru John Gillard. He went on to found a chain of comedy clubs in South Africa, and a UK Internet company that sold for £20m. After winning numerous awards for innovation, and writing two books on the subject, he’s now the dean of London’s School of Communication Arts.
