Full Biography
Larry is a hugely experienced speaker, he has been named European Business Speaker of the Year and is a globally recognised expert on Customer Relationships, Corporate Culture and Leadership.
Larry spent 10 years in senior positions with British Airways and the loyalty management company AirMiles in both New York and London. His roles there included Director of Customer Service and subsequently as Director of People and Culture.
Larry is not just a theorist but as a former Director of a global PLC, he is a respected practitioner with a tangible track record of corporate success. Larry's passion on the subjects of customer and employee and leadership is legendary as is his ability to inspire audience after audience. Combined with his track record in spotting trends and helping companies take advantage of them, it's easy to see why Larry can uniquely add value to any conference.
Originally from America, Larry has lived in Europe for the past 18 years currently resides in both London and Venice. His new book, “The Relationship Revolution”, was published in February 2010.
